Repair and Resurfacing Issues:
- Store Closure required removal of Signage from exterior wall.
- The limestone slab had signage anchored to it.
- Upon signage removal: holes, bleaching, and stains would be evident.

- Fill and repair 64 anchor holes on limestone slab.
- Resurface entire facade to remove staining.
- Clean and seal with penetrating high density sealer.
Estimated time to repair, resurface, clean, seal and dry: five days.
